Resolving a Google Blogger Captcha error

Captcha Limitation. Blogger has a limitation on the number of posts that can be created in one day without "solving a Captcha." When the limit is reached, if you are sending posts by e-mail, you will get a delivery error message stating (among other things): "You have exceeded the the allowable number of posts without solving a captcha."

24 Hour Limit. According to Blogger, "If you make a large number of posts in a single day, you will be required to complete word verification. After 24 hours, the word verification will automatically be removed." Click here to learn more. Today, after posting 42 updates, I received the delivery error message.

What is Captcha? The "Captcha" is the human readableword picture that displays on some website entry forms. It is a method to ensure that a real person is posting content and not a machine.

Making Blog Entries During the Captcha Limit. During the 24 hour Captcha limitation period, posts must be made on the Blogger website, but not by e-mail. The rest of the blog for today will be updated manually on the web using the photos and time stamp provided at the time the photo was taken.
